My ex-girlfriend and I have a 5 yr old son. She works at a school where I have friends that are stating that she is slandering my name in front of my son. We have a custody agreement that states that neither party is to speak negatively about the other. She also talks to my son in a very distubing manner in front of my friends at her place of work. I also have noticed that my son has bumps and sores around his genital area about three inches from it. She also makes him wear clothes that are too small. Is there any way that I could get primary custody of him, and if not what should I do?
