My husband and I are in the process of him adopting my 3 children from my first marriage. We are doing this pro-se obviously due to the costs involved. My question is that since my ex has signed a waiver to give up his rights, do we need his financial records, or any of the other "regular" processes to find him? We are confused , but like I said due to finances we can't afford an attorney.
