My friend has a carehome and she hired a couple to work with her as stay in
free of charge of everything as in everything is FREE
they both earn $1600/month
this couple has no SS and no documents to legally stay in the US.
my friend out of goodwill is helping them at the same time helping her too.
these couple even have a child with mental disorder that stays with them in the house

now they are suing my friend for unfair labor practice and asking for $460K each
wow!!! and the labor authorithies is siding on them.

can you please help us find a good lawyer.

This is not a lawyer referral site and reputable attorneys do not troll message boards looking for clients. You can call your local legal aid, your state bar association, and any law schools in your area for referrals.

The reason the Labor Board is siding with the employees is that your "friend" has broken more employment laws than I can count.

Ditto. The best lawyer in the world can't undo the fact that your friend acted illegally on many counts. Breaking the law is not showing "goodwill".
