In January 2007 I informed my manager that I was preganant. A few weeks later I was moved from my position as Customer Service Supervisor (over 30 people) to Supervisor of the Documentation Department with 1 other person. The documentation department is known for not keeping employees and my first question was if they were trying to get rid of me. Her response was no and that if they were I was protected because I was pregnant. In early June 2007 they let me go. At the time I was 7 1/2 months pregnant. They left me with no health insurance which left me in a bad position because I was due to give birth in a month and a half. Is there anything I can legally do?
