I have just received in the mail a copy of papers that were filed in court - it says that my kids are asked to move with him - I live in Ct and he lives in Georgia and he also says that my boyfriend alleged verbal abuse as well as agressive behavoir towards my kids. Which is toally untrue - the only reason that the kids went along with their father is because of his controling behavour they tell him what he wants to hear.
My question is that according to the papers I have to file an objection to the court within 10 days - do I just write a letter stating my objection along with character letters from people or do I have to file in a special form - I am unable to afford an attorney as the divorce cost in the region of $40,000 and I have no money left. Please advise
