Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Help me with this

Last year I was at a laundry mat and there was this guy in the car beside me and he had his pants pulled down and was playing with him self so I just went in and took my clothes in and then I had to go back out to the car and get my laundry detergent and he was still doing it. I went in and told the lady about that was going on so she called the cops and they talked to me about it and he was a registered sex offender and they let him go cause they didn't catch him doing it. Well the address they got I had moved from and the letter was sent there first. I was suppose to go to court August 29,2016 and I didn't get the letter until September 9,2016. So I didn't make it. I was subpoenaed to go to court but I didn't know what thing about it. So do I have a warrant out for my arrest or what? I am scared I don't want to go to jail. Or what can they do about it since I didn't get the letter till after the fact.

Its very unlikely you'll be arrested.
But, call the prosecutor, and let the agency know why you missed the court date.
