Hello, I am 17 years old and 35 weeks pregnant. I live in Virginia. I am wanting to move out of my parents home and move in with my child's father. I don't know my rights and was wondering if someone could please help me with that. Thank you.

You don't have many rights. You have the right to determine your medical treatment, but you do not have the right to move to your boyfriend's place unless your parents give you permission.

You live where your parents say you can until your 18 or emancipated (this wont happen) may I ask how old is the Father
