help me get a diivorce

i want to divorce my wife. i want her to have to show up in court. we were married in a state (NY) different than the one we live in (AR). will she have to show up if i bring a case against her?

will anyone actually answer this question? i had such good luck a month ago...

Unless he meets the residency requirements for New York, he can't file there. Each state has a residency requirement to prevent "forum shopping". He will probably have to file in the state in which he's been living, whether that's Georgia or Arkansas.

No, she doesn't have to show up, but it's in her best interests to be there.
