health insurance question

In June, I took my ex to child support enforcement. Child support was set and he is providing her health insurance. Recently, she became ill in his mothers care and I had to take her to emergency room. She had food posioning and required a few tests, etc. Am I responsible for all of her medical bills or is my ex. Or do we have to split the cost. thank you very much for your time.

Then it's between the two of you. The law does not address it either way.

You both should split it but you migth want to get the out of pocket medical address eventually.
