Having Trademarked Logos In Photos...

Hi,

I'm a photographer and I have received a request for a swimsuit photoshoot where a girl should also be wearing a baseball jersey (to create a "sports theme") of a well known team....

They need it for a professional bikini website.

Are there any legalities involved in shooting content where trademarked logos appear (on clothes, in my case) in the photos...

Yes, there may be. The logo itself may create a likelihood of confusion that your "sports theme" is somehow associated with the team. Wearing team colors shouldn't hurt you but the logo might.
