i have been living with my boyfriend in a room in a boarding house. we made an agreement but it is on writen up and signed its on the reciept Everyother week but we pay every 2 weeks. and now the landlord is trying to throw us out. is there ne thing we can do about it? does squatters rights quailify to us?

Do yourself a favor and find a new place before the current situation gets ugly.

No such thing as squatters rights in a boarding house. Normal rental tenancy rules do not apply either.
