what is the legal age for anyone in the state of Texas to move out of there parents house, and what are the penaltys for doing so befor then, and what are alternte ways of being able to move out befor then with /without consent

The legal age to move out without consent is 18.

The penalty for doing so prior to that is being forced back home. It is also possible for runaway charges to be brought against her. There are also potential legal charges against whomever assisted her or had her staying with them.

yes but is there no other legal action that may take place like part time gardean ship or anything that can be obtaned with out parental consent?

The only way anything of the sort can happen without parental consent is if the state takes you out of the home.
