My wife and have run a restaurant which has had moderate success for the
last three years. We have been harassed by a group of people with ties
to a competing business continually since we opened. This group has
forced us, by harrassment, to withdraw a lucrative line from seven retailers
in the area which put us in direct competition with their line. This has
negatively affected our income and our ability to stay in business.
Is there any legal remedy to this sort of harassment? What sort of proof
would hold up in a court proceeding. We have knowledge of this groups
actions and witnesses, but no arrests or formal complaints filed. Any
advice on how to proceed?
