Your mother can't GIVE you guardianship.

She received her guardianship through a court process.

If you want guardianship of a child, you'll have to go to court to seek it.

Its very unlikely you could receive guardianship, because the child has a mother, a father, and (paternal & maternal) grandparents.

However, you are free to discuss this matter with a lawyer.

In fact, it would be stupid not to discuss this with a lawyer.
