There is a very long story but i am not getting into all that. Short version my ex husband got custody of my children. A Guardian Ad litem was appointed for a year. There is ongoing problems of medical neglect with my children by my ex husband. That is why the guardian was supposed to be there. Ok my Question is how can he file a motion and not be a guardian no more when it was court ordered for a yr. The court told me I had to file a new motion I dont get it plz help me.
