Hi thanks for offering this forum. My 24 years old stepdaughter has three DUI convictions. She has a. daughter born a few months ago and has her life on track now. She needs to renew her green card in August 2016. What are the chances of the renewal being denied based on what I have provided here?

You don't say when these convictions took place or what sentence she served or if the DUI was the only charge. Having reproduced is not going to be a factor. With 3 on her record, she should be worried. I would have her speak with an immigration attorney, especially if she served time or as is typical, she was charged with more than just DUI.
