I live in WV and 1 year ago I signed over temporary custody to my daughter's paternal grandparents. Even though the grandparents had custody, my daughter still lived with me and my fiance' (her father), I was the one to take her to her appointments (the doctor, etc.) , and got her everything she needed. Her father and I are now separated and his parents will not let me have my daughter back because they say they still have temporary custody. What are my rights as her parent and what do I need to do to get her back?
