My name is Timothy M Matz. My wfie was served papers for custody of our 2 and half year old son Timothy S Matz. There is no legal seperaion between my wife and I. I was not served with any papers only my wife was. In the paperwork it say we have 20 days to respond. The papers were filed on Oct 20 and the court date is October 30. MY wife and I have moved for state and have a verbal agreement with my mother that when we get the money that she will bring our son out too us. My fathers health is in no way fit to care for our son. MY father resides in Port Orchard Washington and My Mother Resides In Lynnwood Washington With her 88 year old mother. MY mother works From 7 am to 3pm. Which would leave my son with his Great Grandmother to care for him. If my son stays with my father He will be in the care of him and my 32 year old cousion which works 4 days aweek 4 pm. to Midnight.MY fathers health is very poor. HE has frequent dizzy spells in which cause him to go lay down for hours at a tome. ME and my wife want to know how to we go about fighting this and what are options are.
