I was wondering if my husbands ex or her mom could be charged with kidnapping if she(the daughter) leaves the country without proper notification to my husband?
It says in their papers that she has to have a form filled out and given to him 21days before she is leaving the country. She is going with her grandmother and we have yet to recieve the form. What can we do?
