Going through annuinty company

Hi nmy name in aj, my father passed away in05, when he passed away i got money from his life insurance company, they put it into annunity structerd payments, I was having some hard times and felt like it would be a good idea to take some money out to pay off some debt and bills, well then my new family cane and by that i mean that i have a son now and having a family is alot more exspesive then I thought would :yes: so i went through it a again but this time I went through a different company, this is wear I get very madd I started going through them in july 29th 2008 and ever since I have been getting told that I will get paid friday, then when friday comes its youll get paid the following friday, then that friday came and then they said well tuseday or wedsenday well today is the day and now they are telling me that its gonna be next monday:cussing::angryfire I dont know what to do.And I know I should not be treated like this...and I will not stand for this any longer I am very upset and I need advice

AJ - did you sign a contract? what does the contract say regarding payments? Is this business legit? Did you research the company's reputation before you started doing business with them? What are the reasons they are giving you for the lack of payments? Consider filing a complaint with the BBB, the attorney general of your state and if no positive results, you may have to hire an attorney.
