gf pregnant what are my rights?

i just recently found out that my gf of several months is pregnant and due in april. im not sure of my legal rights here, since im only 14. do her or my parents have rights? any info would be helpful, thanks

How old is she?
Do her parents know it is you, and you your parents know?
How are her parents reacting if she is a minor?
If she is a minor too........talk to your parents ASAP.....They could try to do paternity test and work out something...

my gf is 16. yes both of our parents know, and mine were not happy. they are starting to accept it now, and they said they'd help in any way they could.

Well all you can do is to wait and a paternity test would confirm. You guys are teens and need your parent s to meet, decide and agree on what is best. You can't do that yourself.
