Getting rid of a timeshare

We have been trying to sell one of our timeshares and are getting frustrated. we are not real savory about selling it. We have been to a presentation from TImeshare Relief That will transfer our property to Vacations International to use for "corporate use". This costs use $4500 and we make $0. They claim we will no longer have the burden of our timeshare. I think this sounds fishy. They get the property for nothing?? I have a contract but also have 7 days to cancel. Are we better off trying to sell or will we just be digging a bigger hole? Does this sound like something I should stay away from??? Thanks for input
