Here's a quick overview, My 1st wife and I divorced in dec 2003. I let her have primary custody due to the fact i didn't have the money to fight her in court. Right now I have them for the summer. I've come to find out she has no primary residence, she is curantly on drugs, she has let their health insurance lapse( which she was responsible for in the divorce) Her currant boyfriend is a known drug user, dealer, and a convicted felon. I've talked to cps and their in nothing they can due. I can't afford a lawyer, and i'm having trouble finding all the form to fill out and file PRO SE. I live in TEXAS. Thank you for any help anyone can give.
