My boss just decided today that he will dock my commision off of my customer's tickets if I don't completly fill out the address. He already docked my 2.5 hours of commision on one ticket. I never signed to these rules and have been here 3.5 years. This could really affect my pay and I am the top producer. What I find so strange is no where is this rule in wrinting and I would never sign anything that made this an agreement. MInd you my employeer still gets paid on the whole ticket and will dock me if i dont fill out the whole address when it can be found in our computer. I really need help asap! Thanks so much. Also not I get really busy during the day focusing on my customers and their tickets to get them taken care of in a timely manner. It's not like I have one ticket a day. ON average I deal with 25-30 per day.
