German mother but I want to bring son to USA

Greetings,
I have 4 year son with german woman and would like to move back to the states with my son. I have full parental rights(fathershaft(sp)) here in germany and my son has a US passport. What would happen if I just took him back to America?
Also, if I cannot take him back to America I would like to setup my visitation rights to be the first 2 weeks of every month and every other christmas and summer. The mother works a variable schedule and wants me to take my son only when she working.
If split custody do I have to pay her child support?
I have no income in Germany or America.
If I moved back to America how much would I have to pay?

I have read that only Montana and New Hampshire won't enforce child support rulings from Germany. Is this true?

You have almost no chance of being able to legally move with the child to the US if mother does not agree. Germany is party to the Hague convention and that is kidnapping. If you have no income, how you think you can support the child financially even if you were to get custody?

Mom can file a child support order and it should be enforceable in the US
