What is a breifing on filing bankrupt in NC, chapter 13, and will 401k be affected?

Usually 401k is not affected-- however the trustee still wants to know about it. do mean a 341? this meeting is for the debtor- trustee & the creditors ( if they want to show up)-- The Trustee will ask you questions about this or that-- it is not a big deal -- But you have to go or they will dismiss your case
