If wages are being levied n KY, that's pursuant to a KY court order.
The court order to attach wages arose from a judgment issued in KY or domesticated in KY.
A more accurate, complete answer depends on WHO held the judgment (Taxing authority, child support enforcement, or plaintiff in a civil lawsuit)?
