I bought a couch that was on sale yesterday price of the couch was 499 but the person somehow made a mistake of quoting me at 399 plus delivery and tax. The next day she calls and notifies me that she made a mistake in the price and I have to now pay the difference? I am wondering if I am obligated to that or since I signed the invoice at 399 it's their mistake and their loss?

Legally, if you have a signed contract, it is their mistake.

If the item hasn't been delivered, don't expect them to do so.

Whatever I would do, I would not sign another contract at a higher price.

I'd shop at other stores.

The animals at that store are grifters and con-artists.
