Hi..I am currently still in the Military. I just got back from deployment and I am ready and willing to take my responsibily as a mother back. In order to deploy I gave my son's father a power of attorney over our son. We are not married and have been divorce for a couple of years. I also have a permanent injuction against my son's father. The power of attorney got filed in the courts in FL. As a result they awarded him primary residency due to my deployment status. I am back and I want my child back. I will be out the Army in a few months. His dad is upset not wanting me to go to court.. Help what do I do?
