My boyfriend and I have lived together for 6 yrs. In 2003 I traded my 98 vett in on a 2004 cts cad. . He signed the title over to me in 2004. Now in 2008 I tryed to get the title in my name but, He had gotton another title. Is this fraud? The car was bought in Caif. and I have the title. We live in Az. so he got a Az. title sometime from 2003 to2008. Yes we are not together now. The police took the car from me.
