Fountain dogs

My neighbor's dogs escaped and became trapped in my backyard fountain, causing 900$ damage. I've sent them the contractor's estimate and photos. They now want to inspect the damage in person. Our relationship is hostile and I would rather not have them on my property. Must I allow them to inspect the damages in person?
