For the holidays...Really?!!!!?

so , i havent been paid by the company i worked for . its been 3 weeks. ive talked to the mgmt, asked, and informed them that i had not received my pay via direct deposit ,mail or paycard. i have proof of hours worked. all i ever hear from them are "we'll call you back "..and of course i end up calling them... to no avail. or "they have already left for the evening". if anyone could tell me about the laws in arkansas about this situation it would be appreciated....

If you are unable to get an answer from your employer, your next step is to file a complaint of unpaid wages with the state DOL.
