   What affect does it have on an employees FMLA rights and responsibilities if they are not given FMLA paperwork. Information is in the handbook and notices are posted on the bulletin board.
   Specifically, Q1 if they have been out more than 12 weeks is their time up? Q2. Are we okay to cancel medical insurance for non-payment?

   What paperwork were they not given? Hoe long has the person been out? Have they been given any notice at all that the time qualifies as FMLA?
