Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI fla. dui's please help

I have gotten four dui's in florida:1975,1982,1995, and 1996,yeah, I had a real drinking problem and have been real blessed that I haven't killed some one. So, they have taken my license for life. In 1996 when I received my last one I still could have received a hardship license after a period of time, I beleive 5 years,not sure, but before I was eligable they changed the law that anyone with 4 dui's was not eligable for hard ship license and made it retroavtive to cover any and all. Can any of them be expunged or possibly overturned and reduced. Or does anyone know what is going on with the intoxalyzer being challenged in florida.

Which law are they claiming applies to your premanent revocation (exact citation, please)? Did any of your DUI's involve an accident? If not, I might be able to find a way around this.

I am not sure what you are asking about what law if you are wanting the statue I will have find out but they were took for life on the 1996 dui. In florida four in a life time is a life time revocation but also I can't get a hardship license because they changed that law after my last conviction and made it retroactive, none of the dui's involved an accident.
