You're uninvolved in the juvenile's legal matter.
The child isn't related to you.
I suggest you mind your business, not become involved in the legal matters of others.
You have zero legal standing to meddle in the legal affairs of others.
Restrain yourself, citizen, before you wreck yourself.

Thanks your your input. Granted, didn't help at all, but you are entitled to your own opinion.

His opinion is correct. Kiddo needs an attorney. Period.

Is being "brought up" by whom? How old is your friend's daughter?

This establishes that your friend's daughter isn't smart, but that's not a crime.

You told us that she "is being brought up on charges," so how could it be possible to "have her not be charged"? "Is being brought up on charges" means that she has been charged.

If, in fact, the county prosecutor (or, since we seem to be talking about child pornography on the internet, the United States attorney) has charged your friend's daughter with a crime, then (1) she needs an attorney ASAP, (2) NO ONE involved should be talking to you or anyone other than her attorney about the facts of the case, and (3) there's a LOT more to this than you have mentioned in your post. Your only roles here should be to provide emotional support for your friend (and, if you're so inclined, to help pay for an attorney).

Why on earth would you think it's a good idea to post about your friends childs VERY SERIOUS CRIMINAL CASE on a public website? Does your friend know you are doing this?

Misworded. My apologies. I think I came to the wrong place. I see everything has a snarky attitude here. I will go elsewhere. Thank you all for not helping. I won't be getting the time back that I wasted here. As for the "person who I dismissed" I truly feel sorry for anyone working with you. Not professional at all.

You have no business posting about this child...at all. This criminal case should only be discussed by the child to her attorney. You are doing a grave disservice to your friend and her child by blasting this on the internet...and, sadly, you are either too ignorant or too stupid to realize this.

You only want to hear what you want to hear and you are not getting that. But if you burry the pornographic photo under the full moon and pray to the goddess Isis the charges will disappear.

My roommate in college was a Rosicrucian and he and his wife believed in Egyptian magic well into their 20's when I lost contact with them. He never shut about it.

Ah, yes, talking about "magic" let's take a "magic memory ride" back to 1965.

What a wonderful year it was, 1965.

See, just goes to show what a great year 1965 was.
The year I joined the army.
The year I graduated from high school.
The year I bought my first car, 1965 Triumph Spitfire.
Started working full time in 1962.
Dad and Mom permitted me to work full time evenings and weekends if I'd maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
When I started working, I'd earn 85¢ an hour.
When I graduated, I was earning $1.10/hour. LOL
As a private E1 in basic, my first payday I was paid $72/month, after taxes and such, I received $46. LOL
Worked three years, Mom saved my paycheck.
I'd keep $5 or $10 each week for pocket money.
More often than not, I wouldn't spend 50¢.
Some say I'm cheap, others say I'm frugal.
I say I'd make Jack Benny look like a spendthrift.
Nevertheless, still look back on 1965 as one of the five best years of my life.

My first reading of this entered my mind as you saying that 1965 was the best five years of your life.
