Fired for lateness but it's about race

I was fired last week. I was told by my white supervisor that I was fired because I was late again. I was 3 minutes late and the weekend before it was 2 minutes. I know it's about race because this guy has made some nasty comments about my appearance. He would also joke about me being a nagger when I would complain about so. What can I do? What is the law?

How many employees does your employer have?

Can you prove you were terminated due to your race & not your lateness? Were you warned of any possible termination the first time you were late? Do you have a company policy or handbook on lateness and the consequences?
