I worked at a Quality Inn hotel. I am a pre-med student.
The GM fired me today because my drop went missing from my shift the other night in the amount of $235. I know that I put it in the safe at the end of my shift. There are no cameras or anything to prove that I didn't make my drop. It's his word against mine I guess.
Is there anything that I can do legally about this. Can I sue them for firing me without evidence?

No, you can't. They are not a court of law and do not need to have evidence. It is legal to fire you for suspicion of theft, even if they are mistaken.
