Financial Pain

I am currently seperated from my spouse, we have 2 children. I'm from Gulfport, MS. He left in February and has not offered to help with any expenses. He left me with a house note, light and cable bill that were each 1 month behind. He still receives mail at our address. Recently 2 reimbursement checks from his work came to the house. He had sent me a text message stating that if I "gave him some booty" he would share the expense checks with me, I did not agree. Anyway I deposited the checks into my account. He's now coming back and saying he's going to have me arrested for this. Does he have any legal standing? Also, this is the second time he's threatened to "have me arrested" for this. The first time was last month, but after I recapped all the bullshit he's put me through in our 6 years of marriage, he quickly stood down. There's alot to my story and I really need as much help as possible.
