Filing a restraining order for assets

My spouse is trying to hide assets before he files. How long does it take to file a restraning order to stop him from draining the accounts?
 
You need to get a lawyer right away, it varies with the court docket and so on. The longer you wait, the more he can hide. Also, try and keep copies of any documents on his assests.
 
I am seeing one tomorrow and file for divorce but still wondering how long it takes to file the order. I live in Central Texas
