fighting results of blood test

i was recently denied a hearing because there telling me my birthdate was incorrect on the petition.so now they want a certified copy of my birthcert mailed to albany so they can correct it.this should delay my case even more time.I found out they had my birthdate wrong from day 1 1999 when i took a blood test.i never supplied my birtdate the plaintiff gave it to them i never knew it was wrong.since they have decided to make my life a living hell for just a minor typo can i request the orginal blood test as not valed because the birthdate is incorrect mabe its not my blood
