About 8 mths ago i was arrested in a small texas town for the above charge.
I was running a automotive event for a car dealer,they hired the company i worked for to come there and work for the week, that was 8 mths ago..... This week i get a call from my bail bondsman saying i was on the docket the next day!!! Having paid a local att. a pretty huge fee to represent me i then called them to explain there was no way i could get there from the east coast by the next day... The recept. at the lawyers office said it was a suprise to her to and emailed me a waiver of arrainment form and asked me to fax it back and the lawyer would let me know whats up... that was couple weeks ago havent heard anything from either the lawyer or bondsman in couple weeks ....seems weird anyone with any insight would
help.... thank you
