I was supposed to get off probation on 8-12-14 for a 3rd DUI conviction. The probation officer found some interlock violations on two separate interlocks I had on two different trucks. Now she is violating my probation. The trucks are not legally mine and I shared them with my brother. We have a construction business. He was the one who blew the violations. Am I liable since the interlocks were in my name. The probation officer wants to revoke probation and send me to a work release facility. What should I do. Now I am on a portable breathalyzer that I blow in every 6 hours. I have not violated the portable one and have had it now for 28 days.

You appear and hire your own lawyer, or request the court appoint one (assuming you qualify).

Whatever you do, don't offer that explanation to the court.
You know the rules of YOUR probation.

All that explanation does for you is prove your guilt.

A revocation is ultimately up to the judge, not the PO, as is the decision - work release, jail, prison, etc...

In Kansas the 3rd DUI conviction is a felony.

Don't blow this off.

You could end up in prison.

Judges see probation as your personal promise to them to do right.
You can get banged up pretty bad by not keeping your word.
