My ex has been ordered to start a phaseing im period with our son. He is 17 months old.
He is breast feeding and says she will b till he is 2 or 3. With the situatiin being as it is seems to me she should b working with him during this phase in. We only have 3 family visits left out of almost a 5 month period. She is then to deliver him to the door and leave. She is trying to use thus to change the order so my son and i dont get our private visits till she is ready. My suggestiin is that she feed before and after and pack milk in diaper bag. Is this terrible of me?

If you disagree with her, and you can't compromise, take it back to court.

It appears she disagrees, and will be taking you back to court.

Hire a lawyer and seek real legal advice as to what your rights are.

It might be advisable for BOTH of you to seek counseling in order to learn to co-parent.

You have 16 MORE years of this, so make your lives better.

In the end, it is about what is BEST for the child.

The child should always come first, and the two of you LAST.

I agree if you two cannot compromise then court is only option. Keep in mind that the courts get really frustrated when they are forced to deal with issues that the adults should be able to work out themselves.
