okay so that is not harassment .. a few months back my employer knows i date black men he asked me if he painted his d*** black would i do him ????is that considered sexual harassment ???

What is not harassment? What are you talking about?
A single comment rarely if ever reaches the level of sexual harassment. What he said was crude, rude, and unprofessional, but if that is all he said that is not sexual harassment.

It would have been nice if you had posted a link to the thread, or better yet, posted back IN that same thread.
The regular responders here read upwards of 50 posts a day. Often I don't even look at the screen names. We're not going to remember from one thread to the next who had which other problem.
