My brother has 3 children in which he pays $180.00 a week in child support, but doesn't have set visitation rights. Recently he found out that the mother was moving to another county. Can he prevent her from moving to another county without his consent? What does he need to do about filing for joint custody? She is a certain religion that doesn't allow my nephews ages 1-7 years of age, to do anything until after the sun sets as well as they can't eat any beef or pork products. The kids are being deprived of a normal childhood. What can my brother do?

There are too many variables to take into account. Why doesn't he have visitation rights? Moving to a different state is something different than another county and the former is more difficult to accomplish than the latter. Why should it make a large idfference?
