I have a question about my rights as a father I was marry to Kuwaiti citizen we have son, My exwife only agree for me to see my son once week. My son is American Citizen, She mad because divorce and because I question about my rights I will like to have Joint Custoday can someone help me

Are you all in the U.S.? What state are you in? What does the divorce decree state about visitation?

You do have rights and when you get back to the US you can take mom back to court for visitation. Is there an order now? You have rights but if momn is being difficult you'll need to go to court. You probably should consult with an attorney and get a set visitation schedule.
