Falsely Accussed of Abuse

I was falsely accused by a local hospital of abuse. I took my daughter to the local ER when I noticed that my 10 month on daughter had a few spots of blood in her diaper. The doctor at the first hospital didn't examine her they called the cops and the local DFCS to come to the ER. We waited for over 6 hours to find out nothing. So I took her another hospital the Children's Healthcare hospital. The doctor at the hospital examined her and stated that she had not been sexually abused and she may have bumped herself while trying to walk. Now DFCS is contacting all of my family members and requesting to visit my home. I have been so stressed out and embarrassed. I want to know if there is any type of lawsuit I can file against the first hospital for malpractice or misdiagnosis? This has caused so much stress and hurt on my family. Please help me with some advice.
