I was going through a rough time and made a false police report, Ones called by the detective I said the truth. Shortly after I received a criminal charge for false police report and had to be at court for a misdemeanor. Before this I had applied for my citizenship and now I am just on wait for the interview. Will I have issues because of this at the interview?

I would expect it to be a problem. Not a super huge one... There are worse crimes... But a problem nonetheless
