Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct false harassment :(

ok, my husband just received a letter from the district attorney saying he has been harassing his mother and to stop before charges are made.
he has only seen his mother 1 time in a year, where he has just waved at her, months upon months ago we have witnesses and phone records proving he hasnt made any attempt to talk to her she has also falsified dhr reports too.

is there anyway she can be charged with falsifying reports?

You folks need to do as the DA advised, STOP, just stop. The letter was a silly warning, don't be stupid and push this!!!

should we even notify him tht the complaint is false? we havent even looked at this woman in a good while about half a year ago
