I'm 22, lost my ID and went to Ocean City, MD with friends a few days later. Need ID to get into bar, so I borrowed a friend's. The bouncer saw it wasn't me, turned me over to a cop who wrote me up. I had an old punched id that proved I'm of age. Cop said sorry but I have to do this. What do I face? Not underage. Am I in trouble for fraud?

Plead not guilty, hire a lawyer (or ask the court to appoint one for you), then clam up.
